Promoted by the founder of Silicon Power Corporation, Dr. Harshad Mehta, Visicon is set to be the first Indian company to “Make in India” WBGS power devices. Leveraging Silicon Power’s extensive expertise, Visicon plans to set up a vertically integrated, SiC device manufacturing operation for power electronics (epitaxial deposition, device fabrication and packaging). When established, Visicon’s SiC device fabrication will be the first of its kind in India.
